Mr. Richard Senna is an experienced educator, sociologist, and development practitioner, currently serving as the Acting Head of the Department of Development Studies at the Evangelical Presbyterian University College. He brings to CCAG over two decades of academic and community development expertise, with a strong commitment to social justice, inclusion, and empowerment of marginalised populations.
Holding an M.Phil. in Sociology from the University of Ghana and a B.A. in Sociology and Geography from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Mr. Senna’s academic journey reflects a deep-rooted interest in understanding and addressing the structural challenges facing vulnerable groups, particularly persons with disabilities.
His research and teaching focus on key areas such as community development, social inequality, youth empowerment, and the provision of social services. He is a passionate advocate for participatory development, believing strongly in the power of inclusive community engagement to drive sustainable change. Through his dynamic teaching philosophy, he equips students with critical thinking skills, practical tools, and a strong ethical foundation to contribute meaningfully to national and global development.
As Board Chairman of Care & Concern Action Group (CCAG), Mr. Senna leads with vision, compassion, and strategic insight. He is dedicated to building a society where persons with disabilities are not only included but are recognised as equal contributors to development. Under his leadership, CCAG continues to promote a rights-based approach to disability, mobilising resources, raising awareness, and fostering inclusive communities.

Dickson Worlanyo Bansah
Managing Director / Secretary
Dickson Worlanyo Bansah is a results-driven Marketing, Warehouse & Logistics Professional with a strong background in warehouse management, sales operations, procurement, and healthcare claims processing. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Marketing), he combines strategic insight with practical experience to drive organizational growth and community development.
As the Managing Director of Care and Concern Action Group (CCAG), Dickson provides overall leadership and strategic direction, ensuring that programs and operations align with the organization’s mission of promoting inclusion and supporting vulnerable groups. He also leverages his expertise to coordinate project logistics and strengthen systems that enhance impact and sustainability.

ons at Stephen K. Adrah Enterprise Limited, where he oversees supply chain activities, maintains accurate inventory records, and ensures operational efficiency. His earlier roles with Kasapreko Company Ltd and Mater Ecclesiae Catholic Hospital provided him with valuable experience in sales support, stock reconciliation, financial reporting, and NHIS claims processing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HAMS software, and data management systems, Dickson demonstrates strong analytical and leadership skills that enable him to optimize processes and lead high-performing teams.
Beyond his professional duties, Dickson is committed to community development. He serves as the Financial Secretary for the Sokode Gbogame Community Development Levy and actively supports CCAG’s outreach programs that promote health and well-being for persons with disabilities and other vulnerable groups.
A lifelong learner with interests in research, personal development, and current affairs, Dickson continues to harness his skills and experiences to promote organizational efficiency, advance social development initiatives, and create opportunities for marginalized communities.
Mr. Wisdom Vordzorgbe

Wisdom Vordzorgbe is an accomplished Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist with a robust background in research and data analysis, particularly within the non-profit and development sectors. He possesses extensive expertise in M&E capacity building, baseline and endline evaluations, impact assessments, and logical framework design. Over the years, Wisdom has successfully led and supported numerous projects, demonstrating exceptional skill in designing and executing data collection tools for both qualitative and quantitative research.
As a Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant with Formular Research Consult, Wisdom has worked on several project evaluations for national and international NGOs, including Plan International Ghana, contributing to the execution of rigorous endline and baseline evaluations that have informed strategic programming and policy decisions. He has also played pivotal roles in large-scale national research efforts, notably with the Ghana Statistical Service, where he served as National Trainer, Center Lead, and District Field Supervisor for the 2021 Population and Housing Census in Anloga District, and as Regional Trainer for the 2023 Integrated Business Establishment Survey (IBES).
Wisdom’s data analysis and visualization proficiency spans across tools such as SPSS, STATA, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and Power BI, alongside experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce. His analytical capabilities also include the use of qualitative and mixed methods software such as Nvivo and Intellectus Statistics, positioning him as a key contributor to data-driven decision-making and organizational learning.
Currently, he serves as a Learning and Evaluation Coordinator at Pencils of Promise, Ghana, where he plays a strategic role in building and managing M&E systems, conducting education-focused impact assessments, and fostering a data-centric culture across the organization’s programs and interventions.
Wisdom holds an MSc in Development Management (with Distinction) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), a BSc in Integrated Development Studies (First Class Honours) from E.P. University College, and an HND in Statistics from Ho Technical University. He has earned professional certifications in Advanced M&E, Project Planning and Management, Statistical Data Management using STATA, and Effective Presentation Skills from institutions such as GIMPA and PiB Knowledge.
In recognition of his academic and professional excellence, Wisdom received awards for Best Graduating Student in both Development Management (KNUST) and Integrated Development Studies (E.P. University College). His career reflects a consistent commitment to excellence, analytical rigor, and impactful development work through evidence-based monitoring and evaluation practices.

Godsway Kartey is a proactive and versatile professional with a strong foundation in project management, health administration, and development planning. Holding a Degree in Integrated Development Studies and Diplomas in Human Resource Management and Business Communication, he blends development expertise with leadership skills to deliver impactful results.
With over a decade of experience in Ghana’s healthcare and development sectors, Godsway currently serves as the Administrative Manager at Mater Ecclesiae Catholic Hospital, Sokode Gbogame, where he leads the NHIS Claims Department. His leadership has enhanced claims processing efficiency, improved data accuracy, and streamlined service delivery.
In addition, he is the Project Manager at Care and Concern Action Group (CCAG), where he oversees the planning, execution, and monitoring of health outreach projects for vulnerable populations. His role also includes report writing and budget preparation, ensuring transparency, accountability, and effective resource utilization in all project activities. His ability to coordinate teams, manage resources, and solve operational challenges has contributed to the success and sustainability of numerous community-based initiatives.
As a Development Practitioner and natural Problem Solver, Godsway is passionate about research and evidence-based decision-making. He has also completed professional courses from La Plage Meta Verse, earning certifications in Climate Change and Renewable Energy, Disaster Management, Emotional Intelligence, Health & Safety, and Moving and Handling for Healthcare Workers—demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
