Dickson Worlanyo Bansah is a results-driven Marketing, Warehouse & Logistics Professional with a strong background in warehouse management, sales operations, procurement, and healthcare claims processing. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Marketing), he combines strategic insight with practical experience to drive organizational growth and community development.
As the Managing Director of Care and Concern Action Group (CCAG), Dickson provides overall leadership and strategic direction, ensuring that programs and operations align with the organization’s mission of promoting inclusion and supporting vulnerable groups. He also leverages his expertise to coordinate project logistics and strengthen systems that enhance impact and sustainability.

ons at Stephen K. Adrah Enterprise Limited, where he oversees supply chain activities, maintains accurate inventory records, and ensures operational efficiency. His earlier roles with Kasapreko Company Ltd and Mater Ecclesiae Catholic Hospital provided him with valuable experience in sales support, stock reconciliation, financial reporting, and NHIS claims processing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HAMS software, and data management systems, Dickson demonstrates strong analytical and leadership skills that enable him to optimize processes and lead high-performing teams.
Beyond his professional duties, Dickson is committed to community development. He serves as the Financial Secretary for the Sokode Gbogame Community Development Levy and actively supports CCAG’s outreach programs that promote health and well-being for persons with disabilities and other vulnerable groups.

Godsway Kartey
Project Manager, Care and Concern Action Group (CCAG)
Godsway Kartey is a proactive and versatile professional with a strong foundation in project management, health administration, and development planning. Holding a Degree in Integrated Development Studies and Diplomas in Human Resource Management and Business Communication, he blends development expertise with leadership skills to deliver impactful results.
With over a decade of experience in Ghana’s healthcare and development sectors, Godsway currently serves as the Administrative Manager at Mater Ecclesiae Catholic Hospital, Sokode Gbogame, where he leads the NHIS Claims Department. His leadership has enhanced claims processing efficiency, improved data accuracy, and streamlined service delivery.
In addition, he is the Project Manager at Care and Concern Action Group (CCAG), where he oversees the planning, execution, and monitoring of health outreach projects for vulnerable populations. His role also includes report writing and budget preparation, ensuring transparency, accountability, and effective resource utilization in all project activities. His ability to coordinate teams, manage resources, and solve operational challenges has contributed to the success and sustainability of numerous community-based initiatives.
As a Development Practitioner and natural Problem Solver, Godsway is passionate about research and evidence-based decision-making. He has also completed professional courses from La Plage Meta Verse, earning certifications in Climate Change and Renewable Energy, Disaster Management, Emotional Intelligence, Health & Safety, and Moving and Handling for Healthcare Workers—demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and innovation.

Jacob Amoah
Media Manager/ Disability Rights Advocate
Amoah Jacob Atta Kwabena is a dedicated professional and passionate advocate for the rights and inclusion of persons with disabilities in Ghana. As a person with a disability himself, Jacob brings lived experience, empathy, and a strong personal commitment to his work in advancing equality and empowerment for all.
Holding a First Degree in Accounting and Finance, Jacob has built a distinguished career within the Ghana Health Service, where he currently serves as Senior Accountant at Ho Polyclinic in Volta Region. His earlier service as a Health Aide gave him valuable insight into healthcare delivery and community engagement.
Jacob has undergone specialized training in Disability Advocacy through Volunteer Services Overseas (VSO) and has served in several leadership roles within the disability movement. He is the former Nkwanta South Chair of both the Federation of Disability Organizations and the Ghana Society of the Physically Challenged.
He has also been the Coordinator/Director of the Disability Self-Help Group Network in Nkwanta South Municipality, a project sponsored by World Vision Ghana – Nkwanta Area, where he championed skills development, awareness creation, and community support for persons with disabilities.
Currently, Jacob serves as Director of Disability Watch, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of persons with disabilities by promoting the full implementation of Ghana’s Disability Act 2006 (Act 715). Through strategic media engagement, advocacy campaigns, and grassroots mobilization, he works to ensure inclusion, accessibility, and dignity for all.

Alvin R.Y. Agbonyitor
Accountant/I.T. Manager
Alvin R.Y. Agbonyitor is a versatile professional with expertise in both information technology and finance. He serves as an IT Manager in the IT Department at Mater Ecclesiae Catholic Hospital, Sokode Gbogame, where he oversees IT infrastructure management, systems integration, and data security. In addition, Alvin is a Management Member at Care and Concern Action Group (CCAG), contributing his skills in technology and financial management to support the organization’s mission.
Holding degrees in Information Technology and Accounting, as well as an HND in Accountancy, Alvin brings a rare blend of technical and financial expertise to every role he undertakes. He is also A+ Hardware and Networking Certified, equipping him with advanced skills in computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
Alvin is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and achieve organizational goals. His ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs enables him to deliver impactful, sustainable results for both the healthcare and development sectors.
